Slow Cooker Thai Chicken

1. Preheat the cooker on roast for 7–8 minutes. Once it's ready, add oil along with crushed ginger-garlic. 
2. Now add the caramelized onion, sriracha, soy sauce and chilli flakes. Let it cook for 1–2 minutes. 
3. Now add the chicken and combine it well with the spices, then add coconut milk and mix well. 
4. Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours, then add snow peas, chopped chilli and coriander leaves. 
5. Finish with a squeeze of lime and give it a good mix. Serve with plain rice and your favorite side dishes.
